Dalton Graham
CEO & Founder
Dalton Graham is a biomolecular engineer, published biochemistry researcher, and founder of Prism and Analyze & Optimize. After struggling with his own health issues and getting little help from the conventional medical system, he applied his technical knowledge and problem-solving skillset to learn about the biological systems of the human body. For nearly a decade, he has been sharing knowledge and helping people improve their health through his media empire, which has amassed over 1B impressions across platforms. Dalton founded Prism to establish a more in-depth and formal way of helping people who found themselves in the same situation he was once in.
Elie Klein, ND
Scientific Advisor
Dr. Elie Klein, N.D., has been a clinician for close to 20 years, as well as educator, speaker, scientific officer for Nanton Nutraceuticals and author of the book "Read This If You Have a Heart - the Book on Lowering High Blood Pressure, Cholesterol and Blood Sugar Naturally". He helps individuals with cardiovascular issues, diabetes and related chronic health issues, resolve their health challenges and enjoy greater physical and mental well-being, while relying on few or no medications, even after nothing else worked for them in the past. To achieve this, he utilizes his broad knowledge and experience in physiology, biochemistry, nutrition and herbal medicine to treat the cause & the whole person, not just the symptoms, with an individually tailored treatment plan, without resorting to hard-to-follow diet plans.
Collin Dees, PA
Scientific Advisor
After his NCAA wrestling career ended, Collin began the graduate portion of the Physician Assistant program at Seton Hill University. After 27 grueling months of didactic education and clinical rotations, he was now questioning if he made the correct choice in his profession. All of the nutritional and alternative health knowledge that he gained in his free time was not applicable to the clinical setting as a PA. Nevertheless, he began his medical journey with 2 and a half years spent in a Surgical setting, spending most of his time with sick inpatient care. This exposure, although important, was not what he felt called to do. Along the way he experienced his own health issues that the conventional medical model could not solve, so he was forced to dive deeper into his self-education. In the past 2 years, he has transitioned to a more Functional approach working as a PA in a health optimization clinic focused on preventing disease and aging processes.
Shannon Sirois, DPT
Scientific Advisor
Shannon was focused on being as healthy and strong as possible, but was plagued by a myriad of health problems despite a rigorous workout routine and what at the time was thought to be a "healthy" diet. By mainstream standards, she should have been at the top of her game, but instead she was exhausted, losing hair and in constant pain. Even with access to team doctors, many tests, etc., none of the professionals could figure out what was wrong with her, and she never felt optimal during her collegiate athletic career. Determined to figure out why she wasn't feeling healthy and to be able to prevent others from going through what she went through, Shannon went on to get her doctorate in physical therapy with the intention of becoming an expert in human performance. When she graduated and entered the medical system, it became clear to her early on that nothing the system was doing was meant to solve a problem, it was merely treating a symptom. Once again frustrated with this system and the lack of answers, Shannon started digging deeper into the science and found doctors and scientists who were seeking answers to these problems. She spent hours reading books, research articles, reviewing textbooks and studying physics, but it wasn't until she came across the work of Dr. Ray Peat that everything started making sense. With the information Shannon was able to gain from studying his work, all of the pieces came together and she started to see amazing results in her clients with whom she applied these principles.
Kimberly Shapiro, PA
Scientific Advisor
Kimberly is a board-certified PA with more than 13 years of experience in internal medicine and endocrinology. Her interest in functional medicine began nearly a decade ago after members of her own family experienced health concerns that conventional medicine could not fully explain. That experience changed the direction of her professional study. She began reading more deeply about nutrition, gut health, thyroid and metabolic function, as well as mitochondrial energy production, looking for a clearer understanding of how these systems interact in chronic illness. Over the past four years, she has built on that independent study through numerous advanced functional medicine trainings. Kimberly approaches complex health concerns by looking for patterns across systems rather than viewing each symptom in isolation. She places particular value on a careful history, diagnostic flexibility, and targeted testing when appropriate, with findings interpreted within the context of the whole person. Her approach focuses on understanding what is driving dysfunction, distinguishing primary problems from downstream effects, and thoughtfully sequencing recommendations to support lasting improvement.
Ben Rundbaken, MPH
Director of Sales & Client Relations
Ben has always been passionate about helping people restore their fundamental health and well-being. It wasn't until he began pursuing his Master's in Public Health that he started to question what that really meant and where he fit in. He didn't feel the work he was doing aligned with his energy and wanted to have a more direct impact. With Prism, he helps show people the path to health, vitality, and genuine life they can find with our support.
