By providing your phone number when booking, you consent to receive appointment-related communications from Prism Health via SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp, or email, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a scheduled call, please notify us as soon as possible so we can reschedule or offer your spot to another client. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect your ability to book future consultations.
